Telephone Support Services
Getting timely expert advice is vital to the quality and speed of an employee’s recovery.
Our Occupational Health Physiotherapists are only a phone call away to provide the answers to these pressing questions.
We have a free telephone support service during office hours Monday to Friday. Phone calls will be taken by our office staff and returned by one of our expert Chartered Physiotherapists.
Examples of why a patient may want to speak to us:
- They are unsure about whether they are to continue their exercises after a flare-up
- They need to use heat or ice after an incident
- To ask questions they forgot to ask in their face to face consultation
- Other self-management advice between sessions
Examples of why a manager may need to contact us by phone:
- Unsure if a particular condition is appropriate for the Physio service
- Unsure if the time is right for a particular employee to attend Physiotherapy
- Requiring advice about restricted duties
- Asking about risks of a particular condition in regard to certain duties
